After a long winter here at The Old Spokes Home, we've all been really excited to start dusting off our summer crushers. Today, Harris, Hunt and myself (Derek) happened to all ride our track bikes to work, and we just happened to lock them up in ascending order by size. They just looked so picturesque, and since both Harris' and mine are new, I thought I'd share a few pictures here on the blog.
Here is Hunts Vivalo in the foreground, with his Sugino Super Mighty cranks and drillium chain ring. My D'Autremont is in the middle, and Harris' 1966 Raphael Geminiani is in the background.
Here's a close up of my fork crown, built by Hubert D'Autremont right here in Burlington, Vermont. I couldn't quite wait for all the snow and mud to be gone before I pulled this out of my porch and took it for a ride a couple weeks ago.
Hunt's Vivalo fork crown.
A nice shot of Harris' 60's Cinelli track stem and bar. My Nitto Jaguar stem, Nitto track drops and Hunt's Major Taylor bars are in the back ground.
Here's the head tube on Harris' bike. A nice shot of the Nervex lugs, and Fork Crown. This thing is full Reynolds 531.
The rear bridge and seat tube on my bike.
Seat clusters.
Harris' pre-record Campy track hub.
A few more shots. -Derek
